Discover the benefits of Nighty's natural ingredients below.
Melatonin
The reference site for health professionals, Vidal defines melatonin as a natural hormone secreted by the pineal gland which is a small endocrine gland in the epithalamus in the brain. Melatonin secretion increases shortly after dark to signal your body when to go to bed to rest.
Besides the production of melatonin by the brain, many foods that we consume on a daily basis also naturally contain this same molecule. Tomatoes, cherries, olives, barley, rice, nuts as well as grapes are very good examples.
The melatonin in Nighty has been specifically designed by an independent laboratory certified by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) of the United States of America. Numerous tests are carried out by this independent laboratory in order to guarantee optimal and constant quality. The tests are not conducted on animals.
The concentration of melatonin contained in Nighty is 1mg/ml.
